Faith Formation
Do you enjoy helping others grow and develop? Do you feel comfortable sharing your beliefs and witnessing to your faith? Here’s a chance to live your values and share your insights with the youth and adults of our parish. Your faith in the things you value and believe is reassuring to others.
And, if the idea of creating new possibilities, alternative solutions and ways of doing things excites you, planning teams could use your abundance of ideas.
Generations of Faith
Join family and friends for a festive night out and a sharing in faith. “Generations of Faith”(GOF) is our primary education program; Centered in Christ and based on the teaching mission of the church, Generations of Faith offers an integrated plan for lifelong learning to all in our parish family. The scope of learning revolves around the Scripture, Tradition, and events in the life of the Church. The Generations of Faith approach develops a deeper understanding of the Catholic faith, engages people in experiencing Church life, and nurtures a Catholic way of life in all members.

Vacation Bible School
What a fun way for children to learn the Bible and God’s love for them. Responsibilities vary from helping the children directly as crew leader or helping as part of the teaching staff. Vacation Bible School takes place one week in the summer. Activities are not competitive but team building and affirming. This ministry is a meaningful way for teens or adults to discover and practice the joy of service.
Children’s Liturgy of the Word
If you enjoy working with children, this is a great opportunity to provide insight to pre-schoolers on the Sunday Liturgy. Help children understand the Gospel in an age appropriate way with music, activities and discussions. Activities are in Matthews Hall during 10:00 am Mass.
Pre-Cana
Pre-Cana is sponsored by the Mankato Area Catholic Parishes. Assist couples as they prepare for the celebration of the sacrament of marriage.
FOCCUS Ministry
Couples learn more about themselves and their unique relationship. A self-diagnostic inventory helps couples name and work through issues before marriage. This is an opportunity for married couples to go through the inventory with engaged couples and mentor them as needed.
