Small Group Leader
Lead young people in a special way by guiding them in their faith. Similar to the role of a catechist, small group leaders guide young people in discipleship through discussions of faith and unique experiences. Help at 7D8 (7th & 8th graders), the Chat Room—High School.

Transportation
Volunteer to help drive youth to and from events. Bus drivers are always needed as well. (Must be 21 to volunteer and have a valid driver’s license)

Peer Ministry: Youth to Youth
Help lead other young people in being a follower of Jesus! Whether it’s working with younger kids or your own age group, this is definitely an exciting group to volunteer for. Peer ministers include catechists for GOF and 7D8 and the Chat Room.
Fundraising
Whether it’s selling hotdogs, running games for kids, clearing tables or being a part of the annual Follies Dinner Theater, we have a lot of fun ways to help raise funds for SJB Youth Ministry!
Prayer and Liturgy
At various times throughout the year, SJB Youth have special roles in parish liturgies, some of these include World Youth Sunday, Christmas Eve, Good Friday, and Graduation Masses. If you are interested in being involved in the planning of and/or the implementation of the liturgies please sign up. Roles can include Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Musicians, Dancers, Actors, Ushers, etc.
Communication
Volunteer to help get the word out to your friends and peers! Whether you call, email, text message, or hang-up posters, you’re a communicator and this is a great place for you to volunteer!
